As each implementation is customized to address your state's specific needs, pricing is based on a determination of those needs.

Leader Services will meet with appropriate SEA staff for an initial presentation of the Federal Monitor solution that was implemented in Pennsylvania. This gives you an opportunity to see firsthand an Federal Monitor solution in action, ask questions, and determine if Leader Services' experience and expertise can meet your needs.

If you decide to move forward, Leader staff will conduct a data-gathering session, during which we review your current procedures and evaluate ways to transform your current process to a web-based workflow. This data-gathering process enables Leader's technical staff to determine your exact needs and develop a quotation.

Should your state need to undergo a competitive bidding process to award contracts over certain dollar amounts, Leader will be happy to respond to your Request for Proposal. RFPs can be sent to:
